Hopkins & Company retains all specific information about you as confidential. We do not intentionally disclose specific information about clients or users to third parties. We may provide summary information about clients and users to third parties, such as advertisers. We are not responsible for hackers breaking into this site or using unauthorized means to access your data. We will disclose your data if required by law or other bona-fide interests. When you use a link from our site to another, that other site will have its own policies concerning privacy, and Hopkins & Company is not responsible for other sites.

Choice You Have About Information
The pre-selected choice for clients and users is to want to receive information from Hopkins & Company. We will provide such information via e-mail, regular mail, telephone or in person. If you are not interested in hearing from us, send an e-mail to hopkinsandcompany@att.net using the word "unsubscribe" in the header or text. You may also send an e-mail requesting one type of information you prefer, such as e-mail, or one not to use, such as telephone calls.

What to do if Your Information is Wrong
If our information about you is wrong, such as calling you Jeff instead of Geoff, just send an e-mail with the correct information to hopkinsandcompany@att.net. We will correct the information within 10 business days and send you a confirmation e-mail to that effect.

Deletion of Information
Hopkins & Company does not have a way to delete your information from all our records. If you want us to remove your information from our current database, send an e-mail to hopkinsandcompany@att.net asking to be removed.
